"The Darling is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. We had a wonderful experience here that began with the lovely lady at check in who was so nice, polite. friendly and extremely helpful. Our Room was spotless, beds comfortable 6 seater table next to kitchen. 2 huge opening doors/windows in both east and North aspect overlooking the beach. The pool area is lovely with a minimal 1.3metre depth great for adults. Surf Club restaurant easy walking across park. Shopping centre also near by. "

When I opened the entrance doors to go to the lifts some young people with alcohol came in to sit in the lobby area,nothing much I could do? Other than that it’s a nice hotel in a great location. "

"What a great stay! The building is a bit older, which means the apartments are super spacious - fantastic for staying with a kid. Reception staff were very helpful. You get a dedicated parking spot (no fighting for carparks). The pool, spa and sauna were exactly what we needed (lots of shallow space to play in the pool for a toddler).
