"Room was clean, neighborhood sketchy (6 police cars in the parking lot to check on a break-in at the vacant restaurant next door about 10 pm, and a dog was at home in the lot that night and morning, no owner visible.) I realized in the morning there were no towels, and the front desk didn't have access to towels until housekeeping was to arrive at 10. I found a towel in my gear but couldn't get the water hot enough for a shower. The bathroom towel bars were both missing entirely, as was the toilet paper roller. The light over the sink had been flickering and finally went out, and the switch plate for the bathroom lights was cracked. Door lock had a missing component on the inside, leaving its batteries exposed (it still worked.) Comfortable bed but this room was not ready for a paying customer."
