"Hotel has an excellent location, within easy walking distance of downtown historic sites and museums. Housekeeping and front desk staff were consistently attentive, and the rooms, pool, and overall property were kept very clean. Room service dinner was excellent, though the breakfast buffet was disappointing, with food that lacked flavor. Another drawback was the concierge service, which offered limited recommendations and did not seem engaged in helping guests explore the area. We want to express our appreciation to Teresa Mercado from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond by sharing helpful suggestions on nearby attractions and how to get around. Her guidance was far more informative than what we received from the concierge."

"Excellent stay! The staff at Hotel Alo Degollado was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Guadalajara. The outstanding customer service really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and hospitality!"
