"My husband, our best friends and I stayed there four nights for my 60th birthday, since the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, my husband and I stayed at one of the junior suites and we loved it. The hotel is very quiet, the restaurant/ bar was great. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to Cathedral and more points of interest, we’ll definitely recommend it and stay there again."

"Todo excelente. Un detalle ajeno al hotel, pero que influye negativamente en la estancia y disfrute del mismo es la existencia de una discoteca vecina, que carece de paredes sonoamortiguadas. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Alo Guadalajara. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also enjoyed the rooftop, which has beautiful views along with a great restaurant and bar. The Wi-Fi was fast and dependable, the Smart TV was a nice bonus, and everything worked as expected. I highly recommend Hotel Alo Guadalajara to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location for our first visit to beautiful Guadalajara! We didn't realize the FIFA Fan Fest was taking place right outside our balcony, so we got to experience the excitement and celebrations throughout the day. It was a fun surprise. Walking around downtown felt very safe because there was plenty of security. We loved visiting the Cathedral and exploring the beautiful historic and architectural landmarks that Guadalajara has to offer. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always willing to help and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our room was small but clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple, with bread, coffee, cereal, eggs, and enchiladas. The only area that could be improved is the enchilada sauce, which could use a little more flavor. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return."
