"Excellent stay! The staff at Hotel Alo Degollado was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Guadalajara. The outstanding customer service really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and hospitality!"

"Excellent location for our first visit to beautiful Guadalajara! We didn't realize the FIFA Fan Fest was taking place right outside our balcony, so we got to experience the excitement and celebrations throughout the day. It was a fun surprise. Walking around downtown felt very safe because there was plenty of security. We loved visiting the Cathedral and exploring the beautiful historic and architectural landmarks that Guadalajara has to offer. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always willing to help and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our room was small but clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple, with bread, coffee, cereal, eggs, and enchiladas. The only area that could be improved is the enchilada sauce, which could use a little more flavor. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return."
