「We had a gigantic room and found the property to be in excellent condition. The staff was very professional and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again, but would visit the Football Hall of Fame.」

「very dated, shower knob and shower head not good! bed pretty wore out. paint pealing in shower area. toilet is super low. sink is low as well making a little difficult if you are tall. luckily i wasn’t in the room much while i was there (4days) i’ve stayed here several times in the past decade may be my last. 」

The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「There was a cigarette burn on the one comforters. The heat/ac was a window unit that didn't regulate the temperature well. The breakfast was not so good and they were out of coffee at 830 AM. But it was inexpensive and you get what you pay for.」

「The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. 」
