"Bed is comfortable, TV with internet is awesome, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the place is so old. The bathrooms are still stuck in the 70’s. The furniture in the rooms have been replaced, but the building itself hasn’t been updated. I hope they find a way to keep the history but also make the structure better."

"The rooms are probably in need of updating. Much as I am loyal to ST, the rooms are quite dated and dark, even those with views on Mystic Falls. Brighter colouring and better lighting would help. Bathrooms are basic, and could do with upgrading. The Mystic falls park is a unique and positive feature and we loved dining at Angry Butcher and watching the show on the patio. Cocktails that’s were great and soooo much cheaper than on the Strip! Staff I have known for decades are still here and so welcoming, thus makes a real difference to how you feel about returning and I hope they are truly valued by the Boyd corporation. Ana and Chelan at Angry Butcher greeted us with warmth and genuine enthusiasm, as ever. They are national treasures st your property and need to be recognised as such and rewarded. Great service and kindness is unusual in this day and age. The restaurants are still not as good as they were in the past. Billy Bobs and Wily and Jose’s have not been sufficiently replaced. Their food offer and ambience has been replaced by lesser venues. What a shame. Overall, I still love the local vibe of ST, but miss the past when the venue gave more back to their loyal customers - I have been coming here since 1995 from UK and do not get any comps now - in the past I rarely paid for my room or the food/beverage. Better comps elsewhere - which influences how often I now visit. "

"The internet barely worked. The shower head had a crack and sprayed against the wall. There were holes in the walls. The beds were like sleeping on straw. The pool and hot tub needed to cleaning and they look nothing like the pictures. You're better off staying at the other hotels with 7 and 8 star ratings. Their prices are comparible"

"Had a great stay. The place is nice, clean, and very relaxing. The casino is quiet and less crowded compared to others in Vegas, which made the experience more enjoyable. Perfect if you’re looking for a chill vibe away from the busy Strip.”"

"Dump les are missing. In breakfast pancake machine is broken. And toaster not the best. Fresh juice maker not there .just a juice dispenser. Freezer broken. "

"This was close to the Hoover Dam and within 30 minutes of car rental return. Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again."
