「The front desk lady (I think she might have been the owner) went above and beyond. I accidently booked the wrong night and showed up a day early. She kindly changed the reservation and gave us a room for the current night rather than the next night which I'd booked. I was slightly past the cancellation time, so she could have charged me for the next night, but she didn't. That's amazing customer service. The room was ready and clean. Comfortable beds. 「This was a breath of fresh air in the middle-priced world of hotels. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a good breakfast (plus coffee in the lobby at all times). Granted, it's relatively new, but if they maintain it properly, it will always be a gem! 10/10 recommend.」
