I think what really set them aside from the rest is how the employees really felt like they were happy to be there and were looking to go above and beyond at every second. 「Miguel greeted us, gave us overview of hotel and city. He gave us a map and oriented us. Told us important info on avoiding the hills and got us off to a great start. The hotel is beautiful and staff wonderful, from checking in, breakfast to dinner! Breakfast is truly the hugest selection of food I have ever seen, they even have champagne for mimosas! 「The location is good and very convenient. Staffs are nice, they introduced Portor to us once we arrived. Everything is good before we get our room. When we came back to the hotel and get the room( because we arrived earlier than the check in time). The staff provided us a room in the ground floor and next to the store room. The room without any view and the air- conditioner was super cold!!! I think everything would be good if u were not provided with the ground floor room. 」
