「Excellent customer service 」

「We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had...

「The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.」

「Staff was rude and told me I can check out when I told her my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told they don't have another room to give me but parking lot was empty. No free breakfast included as advertised because the person told me it cost to much. Toilet seat broken. No housekeeping making rounds. I had to buy my own toilet tissue and soap for my week stay. Pillow cases dirty. Outside the doorway and grass smell like piss.」

「The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. 」
