Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our second stay in a month's time, and we came back because our first experience was so good. The desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly and helpful. We were very happy she was working during our 2nd stay. She recommended good restaurants and made sure we felt welcome. Thank you!

Needs upgrades. No hot water in bath sink. Bath sink was cracked but not leaking. Small tv doesnt face the bed. Smoke alarm went off at 2a.m. for every room but no fire. Very small but nice free coffee station with small foams cup but only 2 kinds of artificial sweeteners, no real sugar. Free coffee was starbucks but didnt taste anything like mine at home. They do have a coffee bar for purchase and my wife said coffee was good. Did have a small frig and microwave. Not sure if it deserved the 3 star rating expedia gave it. Staff was friendly

Property was clean. Room was clean clean for the most part. Bathroom floor felt sticky when walking on it with my house slippers. Also I killed two large coach roaches in the bathroom. Better pest control is recommended.

Troy stay

This is an average hotel. There was no soap at the bathroom sick to wash your hands. There is no daily room service. The staff was very polite.
