The only positive aspects: Staff extremely nice and helpful; Check-in was perfect; bed was comfortable; extra towels provided upon request without issue. The remainder: Zero ice - ice machines did not work; No coffee maker in room (but this wasn’t actually advertised as an amenity); Soft drink machine completely empty; Clocks in room were still on DST; “Grab-n-Go” breakfast was little more than coffee, cereal, and 3 or 4 pastries that, by appearance, were days old; No tub stopper; Hair in tub; Leaking faucet in bath; Toilet barely secured to floor; Weird smell in room that, honestly, may be paint but still overwhelming; Didn’t even have a Gideon’s Bible! Doesn’t have SEC network (sacrilege in this part of the country); No “Do Not Disturb” sign… Cannot recommend at all. I have been a guest at this property a few times prior to this stay and it has, literally, fallen precipitously. I am so disappointed.

Firs room had awful smell like sewer or soured carpet. Second room we were moved to, the bathroom was flithy. Floors were not cleaned with hair, unidentiffied stains on floor and a toilet that rocked as if on a swivel. We were so tired we closed our eyes, took a shower and went to bed. Bed was pretty comfortable. Man at the desk was very nice.

A Solid 2 Star in Andalusia Alabama.

Cordial staff member checked us in. Room was clean, spacious and had more than average features including upgraded lights with USB ports, comfortable bed and couch. Room 103 was everything we wanted at a reasonable price. A higher toilet would be a welcome addition. : )

Good place to stay

The rooms need updating but we're clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again when traveling through.

the coffee machine was broken, the ice machine was broken, the juice machine was broken, and not even a lousy cheap waffle or bagel for breakfast. But at $124.70 w/tax it was $4.00 a night cheaper than the hampton inn I stayed at the night before
