「Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room. 「We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. 「The room was great, very spacious. The hotel is very well located, around shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only downside is that we found a humongous cockroach in the bathroom.」

「CONS: Window was missing a curtain and instead was covered with what appeared to be a painter's tarp (with eraser-size holes in it, too); bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well; closet doors would not close flush; and the internet Wi-Fi was not consistent to access and when the signal dropped our phones switched to 5G. PROS: Staff was very nice; check-in was easy; room was clean; and breakfast was very good. 」

「Parking was simple. Unfortunately the noise level from traffic was annoying. The suite was spacious and the staff really paid attention to detail. I would stay again and maybe ask for a room away from the main traffic. They don’t provide that continental breakfast and that’s fine. How many dried sausages can one eat?
