「Fun glamping experience. The only complaint was figuring out the heating/cooling system was a bit difficult, but eventually figured it out. Staff was friendly. Amenities were very well kept although we did not use them during our stay.」

I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone traveling in the Fredericksburg area. We were there for a church meeting but we went a few days early and were able to tour the downtown area of Fredericksburg because of the convenient location of the hotel. 「Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and we found multiple live and dead insects throughout it. While we didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs, the overall condition made us uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and hope management addresses the cleanliness and customer service issues. The front desk attendant was dismissive.」

「Beautiful property! Very nice, clean rooms. Beautiful view of the Creek. Only complaints (and I use that word very loosely) were the parking lot and lack of any tissues in the room. (Parking lot was small and tight spaces. There is street parking though if you drive a really big vehicle and I only noticed the lack of a tissue box because I was having to adjust to Hill Country allergens.) The location is great. 「It is a retro type property. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool looked unusable as it was cloudy water. The beds were comfortable., but the room had a musty odor. Also, the water pressure was very low in the shower. Overall, it’s ok for what it is, but I probably would not stay there again.」
