「Everything was absolutely amazing, from Riccardo the GM checking us in. Explaining how everything works in the room, and giving us directions for parking and recommending different restaurants. And helping us with our little mishap with the car, Riccardo was very prompt in all communications. The hotel is a perfect stop in the middle of town - to be able to explore. We would definitely recommend and come back again and again」

「Our last stay in Montepulciano left an unpleasant experience , the property was privately owned and was a rental condominium (Palazzo Danesi) The photos accurately represented the space, which was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was nice to arrive and find exactly what we expected. That said, there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning.
