Communication throughout was excellent—the staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and quality. A special thanks to the owner, who went above and beyond by helping with parking and being very flexible with check-in, which made the whole experience even smoother. "Wow! What an amazing place in Montepulciano! Getting there was a little tough, navigating the tight roads and finding the right parking place (signage is not great.) But once we got there, the room was gorgeous! The view from the balcony alone was worth the price. You're right in the middle of everything, so you can walk...albeit uphill to many things. The gentleman at the desk gave us great suggestions. AND the breakfast was wonderful! We stayed here two nights, and we loved every minute of it! Thanks for a memorable experience!"
