「We’ve been staying here for over 20 years and it’s my favorite place to be in the Florida Keys. We always feel at home the owner of the place she’s amazing always looking to give a helping hand. He tries to accommodate you as fast as possible. It has a boat slip in the back. The kayak use is free. You’re literally minutes from the 7 mile bridge. The pool is always warm on my behalf and my family. It is always a pleasure staying here. Thank you Kingsail for everything you do.」

「My husband and I stayed for 5 nights (in Room 7) in late June. We really loved the resort and Marathon. It is as pictured, charming and well kept. Very old Florida. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats. The room (#7) itself had a great ocean view, small patio, good bed, big closet and location (right by the pool). A/C excellent! 「Location and place were great. We even did paddleboarding from the boat launch area by the place. Reason for low rating is that the firealarm went off at 5am due to low battery. There is no immediate help at site after hours other than texting a number. We ended up not sleeping fully for a single night stay. Help didn’t come until 9 am to remove the arm from the ceiling. It was very annoying loud noise, didn’t have a fully resting night😞😔😔」
