「Comfortable, friendly 」

「We had a king bed and it was very soft. Pillows were not flat. Toilet is an elongated bowl. Shower is inside of a jacuzzi style tub so lots of room. No breakfast but there is a coffee vendor trailer across the street in the parking lot of a bar that had a decent selection. There are vending machines in the lobby. Close to town but you’re outside of it a bit. We were there at the end of October so we got a view of the river and only a few other people in the building, so it was gloriously quiet. 」

「We stayed for two nights. I want to express my appreciation to the general manager of the hotel, for his able assistance in resolving a change of service request I had for Hotels.com. While the Hotels.com AI was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with regarding my issue (it was a nightmare), the hotel manager was extremely helpful and the mission was accomplished. The hotel was very clean, we had a restful stay, and the folks working there were very kind. 」
