"The food was great every day. There was plenty to do close to the resort. As a guest of several other resorts, the only thing I’d advise is that more staff is needed, especially in the buffet section. I waited for water consistently. I’d rather get to know the servers, place them in the same section each day."

"We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness. The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best. Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. "

The suites are spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and the chef considered my dietary restrictions. Every meal was a treat. I wasn't expecting a Thanksgiving Day dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food, music, decor, and family atmosphere at the Thanksgiving Day dinner were wonderful. There are daily activities for all age groups. I enjoyed sitting on my suite's balcony looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. My son worked out in the gym. It was a great vacation experience."
