「we had a wonderful stay.」

「Awesome place to stay close to everything downtown rapid. Helpful front desk staff changed our room so we didn’t have to switch rooms halfway through our stay, great recommendations for food/drinking. The room was a little small but worked fine for us. Only complaint I have was that I didn’t see any ghosts」

「Check-in was efficient with friendly, helpful staff. The staff gave us all of the pertinent information to our stay upon check-in. There was a Manager Happy Hour during our stay. 「Nice hotel!」

「Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet.」
