「The hotel seems new and appears to be well maintained. The free breakfast was satisfactory most days, but sometimes the granola was gone or the mixed berries were literally frozen solid. Staff varied in their level of kind attention. For example, even though I had pre-paid my whole trip, at check-in I was asked for a credit card and told to authorize a $300 charge. 「We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem.
