「What a view!! This room has no air conditioning but would definitely go back. I don't like cold air blasting, so it was not inconvenient for me. The view from my room was so comforting and nice to sit in the balcony enjoying it all even for a short stay. I took a short walk after dinner and very relaxing and quiet town. 「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」
