「Cosy and modern hotel and very service minded staff. It is very clean everywhere. It is a little far from town, but they have a shuttle bus. Unfortunately they only drive back and forth 4 times a day (that could be increased to 6 times). Very nice breakfast, but as it is served a la carte you must expect some waiting time. It is very quiet and pleasant. If you need more hustle you can go to the other hotel across the Street where you can sit overlooking the river」

「Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &...
