It was a pleasant surprise to be able to plug in all my North American devices (phones and laptops) without needing a converter. The dinner at the hotel was phenomenal. Some of the best Chinese food I've had anywhere. And quite affordable. Took advantage of their spa services and enjoyed a massage. They have lots of local shops just outside to browse/purchase souvenirs....

For the most part everything seemed to have been beautifully maintained with the top rooms having had an upgrade - all seemed brand new and the bed was soooo comfortable. "Had a lovely 3 night stay here in February and would return if we found ourselves in Vic Falls again. Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the property was clean and tidy. The pool was a nice area to relax, whilst the room was great. The king size bed was huge and comfortable, whilst the aircon worked well and the room was nice and quiet. "While the property is a bit older, it was very clean. The bed and bedding has been updated so it was very comfortable. The blocks of rooms were spreadout over the large property so it was quite private and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a young man named Blessing. His service was exceptional. The pool area was large. Maybe a few more sunloungers were needed."

"We stayed for a few days on a trip to see Victoria Falls. The property was lovely, in most respects.The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast while not fancy was sufficient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and very helpful in arranging transportation. We did have significant issues with the wifi, which was problematic as my friend needed it to work. The staff worked to get it resolved, and it eventually was, but this was quite inconvenient."

"Great hotel near the falls with charming staff and comfortable rooms. The gardens abound with animals (zebra by the pool) and it’s just next to the falls entrance. They provide free shuttkes to the Royal Livingsone hotel so easy to go there for dinner."
