"I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The level of care and support provided by the staff was truly exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. The amenities were excellent, with reliable 24/7 Wi-Fi, constant hot water, and a TV with a wide variety of shows. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Rooms are cleaned every day or whenever you need them cleaned. "Better than the photos. Beautiful lawned area with great variety of trees. Room very clean with air con, comfortable beds and huge shower room. Everyone so helpful. Liz the manager is very friendly and her chef and team excellent. Water, milk and tea provided on arrival. Fridge in room. We ate there every night. Good home cooked meals. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the bar. Breakfast menu great and cooked to order. Good security. We would return if ever in Bulawayo again."

"Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "

"No kettle to make hot cup of tea, no milk, no tea or coffee, No toilet rolls No dust bin Sheets were not changed they showed someone had slept on them. A very dust room Shower floor slippery,not scrubbed it was dirty"
