「Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...

「The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!」

「Lovely people but the place is run down and the room had very old linens- towels that probably can never be white again. I was afraid to use them. Breakfast was like anything one would make at home except not even like that. Disappointing experience」

「We had a wonderful stay at Churchill Hotel in Bulawayo and were genuinely very happy with our experience. ❤️ The location was excellent for our holiday, making it easy for us to explore Bulawayo and the surrounding area. We were conveniently located for our visits to Matobo National Park, the city centre, garden centres and other places we wanted to see. The food was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing! The meals were delicious and...

「It is great place with nice decoration. It is only 3.4km from town center. The partition wall is little bit thin, so it will be noisy in case your neighbourhood noise.」

「The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was incredible. The owners even can and had dinner with us the night we arrived. Ngasha was an incredible hostess/bartender, chef Kevin was amazing in the presentation and quality and taste of food, Fortune our guide was incredible and very intelligent and resourceful. Victor was excellent too. 」
