「Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 「The room was barely acceptable. Clean bed and sheets but the floor was very dirty and the sink drain was disgusting and had buildup in it you could clearly see. The tv was broken (just not turning on at all, seemed like it was not plugged in but the cord went into the wall) but we weren’t in there enough to want to ask the front desk about fixing it. The front desk staff was helpful and promptly helped when we asked (thank you!) but when I had called ahead of time the lady on the phone was rude...
