「I got to the hotel and they said there was no room for my family and that they were overbooked.」

「The first room assigned to us, the toilet seat was not clean and the water kept flowing into the toilet, bathroom floor very sticky so as soon as we entered the room I went back to the reception desk to tell them, the guy came with me to the room and tried to fix the toilet but couldn’t and asked if we want be another room. We asked him to change the room which he did but the other room also had bad smell, same sticky bathroom floor, stains in the carpet. No table and chair.」
