Staff was nice. Room was not clean but looks like sheets were ok. Door hinges were solid rust and had to push it closed. Entry switch turned on no lights and lights beside bed did not work (tried every combination with the wall switch). There was a Wendy’s drink in the freezer (would have preferred complimentary wine). There was something splattered on bathroom door. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Honestly, was afraid to touch anything. 216 FYI.

Nice rooms, clean. False adverstising for the breakfast. They offered coffee and small packages muffins. Apparently the hotel industry is using covid to reduce services. Recommendation: call hotels to confirm breakfast servings.

Don’t plan to stay here if it might snow. This hotel is located up a long, steep hill that is NOT salted or maintained. I was told this by the front desk staff when I asked. I requested a handicapped room if available, or at least something on the first floor. I was told there were no rooms on the first floor and then was rudely asked “So, does it matter then?” Realizing I wouldn’t be able to complete my stay due to the incoming snow, I answered “I guess not” and was given a room on the third floor. Walking into the room, the two lights anyone would turn on first were so dim, they were useless. One of the beds was not connected to the base and sounded like it was broken. It was not sleepable by any means. The grab n go continental breakfast was an absolute joke. Oatmeal pack, snack bar, hot water, and coffee - all of which was promptly removed at 9:30am. While the room had a kitchenette, there were no pans or dishes, not even a coffee maker. There was no alarm clock in the room. There were two microwaves, neither of which worked to keep a correct time. I only stayed one of two nights and was never offered a refund for the night I couldn’t have used due to their lack of preparation for the impending snow storm. I will say the heater worked well in the room. This was my first experience at an Extended Stay and I will never stay at one again.

Bed, linens and shower were clean. LVP floors need major attention in Room 105. TV Remote was not very compatible with the TV appliance. One light fixture was not operable. Blackout curtains were very effective. Back-in parking 4' from our door was convenient. No Bible. Did not use WiFi so cannot comment. King bed was nice but I should have saved $10 and taken the Queen room. Grab and go breakfast was not available for our 0500 Departure. Heater ran constantly even after lowering the thermostat several degrees.

First room we were given wasn’t clean. The second room didn’t have a door on the bathroom. The third room was better but the were so many noisy neighbors. Midnight is too late for screaming and kids running around. Didn’t want to say anything to management, maybe they were having a party? Not sure. Beds were comfortable.
