We went downtown to play some pool on a Saturday night there were a bunch of restaurants and bars and entertainment options. I was super impressed. A mix of the old and new

The restaurants at Exit 7 have seen better days. Long waits probably due to understaffing. Finally landed at Puerto Nuevo restaurant and had an excellent meal with very large portions and low prices. They had the Va. Tech game on which was fun!

I only spent two days in Bristol, but I want to go back again for a longer stay, in order to better explore it. Quite a history in the downtown/State Street area, and many examples of beautiful architecture.

'LIL Chicago' Bristol 💓 is a nice township but riddled with homelessness, aging buildings, supposed lack of funding to repair them but still in appearance a bit like old Chicago IL. Hotel property & location nice. Entrance Vehicle Bump issue.

" Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street. "
