Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Stay at Hard Rock Hotel
Dear Hard Rock Hotel Management,
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the standards I expected from Hard Rock.
Throughout my stay, there were multiple days when housekeeping did not clean my room, despite my repeated requests to the staff to ensure it was serviced. Even after reminding them, my room remained untouched on several occasions, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
In addition, despite switching rooms three times, every room I was given still smelled strongly of cigarettes. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable for a non-smoking guest experience.
The most upsetting issue occurred on the final day of my stay. I returned to my room to find that my watch, earrings, and a pair of shoes had disappeared. I immediately reported this to the hotel and was advised to speak with security. However, no one from your team has contacted me since, which is both concerning and unacceptable given the seriousness of the matter.
I expect an immediate update regarding the status of your investigation and the recovery of my belongings. Additionally, I would like to know what steps you will take to address these issues and ensure this does not happen to other guests.
