The first room had a dirty bathtub with dark hair and black mold in the corners plus rust on the inside. I told the front desk and she claims it can look like hair but it's just part of the tub. I showed her a picture on my phone and she was willing to switch rooms but indicated it was her last room available. Heading towards the second room, I noticed the front door was wide open and propped open as if someone may be inside or coming inside. I went back to the front desk to let her know and her response was oh the cleaning staff forgot to close the door but she assured me the room was clean. I did not check in until closer to 6 pm and it really bothered me that this room may have been just left open on all day for anyone to wander in and out. It was better than taking the first room so I just managed for my short stay. The bath towels had blood stains and the room smelled like moldy mildew. Would not recommend.

The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not been there to watch my Grandson play Baseball the next morning. I would not have stayed. The housekeeping in this establishment is way below tge 8.6 excellent review that I seen online. I would definitely not stay here again.

We had some issues checking in, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly resolving the issue. My only complaint is the gym, which is tiny and where much of the equipment was damaged or not working at all. But that's an easy thing to fix, and overall we had a great experience.

Our stay was ok. The room was clean but the carpet looked dirty. Their was a hole in one of the sheets and the place really needs to be updated. We didn't eat the breakfast.
