「Our room was incredible. It was the perfect size for 1-2 guests, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was so cute! We loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. There was a little area to get ready and the view from the room was lovely. Easy communication from the start. Would stay here again.」

「Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. 「Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored. Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it. False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site The place should be closed down」
