「Hotel needs repair but room was good, clean and quiet. Some of the light bulbs in room needed replacing. Location was great for what we needed. Breakfast was adequate and clean.」

「Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10」
