「FYI, I figured this was similar to another Sonesta location I stayed at so I was not expecting it to be more like a furnished rental. There weren't many photos to go by so it looked like the room doors were interior not exterior, which I don't prefer. Overall the room was much more than I expected in terms of space and it was a good deal, but staff never answered the phone and that was frustrating. The bathroom was small and dimly lit which made me pass on taking a shower as I only stayed one...

「We enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was very helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and even gave my daughter a band-aid when she needed one. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay!!」

「I like everything about this hotel. I normally don’t do these types of reviews, but this one is well deserved. I had made a mistake and booked for the wrong date and they were able to get it fixed and taking care of very helpful. Very understanding. Definitely will go back.」

「The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.」
