「The staff were genuinely friendly and usually took Time to say hello.Marjorie and the manager were awesome. These guys made my wife and I feel quite at home.. The bartenders in the swim up bar were amazing. Made my wife feel special on our anniversary.」

「We love The Palm! This was our 4th or 5th visit and we just keep coming back. The hotel staff is outstanding - from check-in to check-out you can expect the highest, kindest level of service. The resort is spotless, the rooms are beautiful, and the food/room service is outstanding. Housekeeping does a fantastic/on-time job, and the beach service is great. Jane and the staff at the breakfast buffet are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! It was truly relaxing.」
