Texted the hotel with pictures and got no reply- took 2 more texts and they said they would provide a room credit, none came. Coffee in lobby is not worth using, restaurant is torn apart, and nobody has ever been staffing this place in the 3 times I've stayed. People at the bar couldn't get ahold of anyone to even get in their room. Not sure who's even running it. Disappointed because the building itself is so rad. I wish they would properly manage it. "

"We booked this location for a quick overnight trip. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and they even have a food truck that prepares breakfast for you! I will definitely stay here again if in that part of town. "
