「Well we actually did not stay here because of what I feel were unsafe conditions. We checked in they gave us our room key card, went to the room and there was someone asleep in the room. They had given us a room someone was already in. I didn’t feel safe staying there after that happened so we requested a refund and left. Still have not received a refund」

「I will not be returning to this property. I specifically booked and paid for a suite with two queen beds and a sofa because our group consisted of six people and we needed the additional sleeping space. When we arrived, we discovered the room did not have a sofa at all—only two beds. Had I known this was the actual room configuration, I would never have booked or paid for that room. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us was a handicap-accessible room, which was not what we expected...

「Very nice and quiet say. The hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendly, especially the front desk manager. I love that they had a laundry room made it so easy to return home and unpack very close to a lot of shops and food options. Just book it!」

「Clean, beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. I lost one of my keys and they gladly gave me another at no charge. I asked for more coffee packets and they gladly gave me 5 more. I love this hotel and always use it when I’m in town.」
