「The room was very spacious and felt more like a small condo. The washer and dryer were a huge perk so that we didn't need to pack quite as much stuff. The view was spectacular. We did see several cockroaches throughout the room/ balcony areas. Many areas of the hotel are in need of updates. Quite a few of the restaurant staff/ buffet breakfast staff treated us like an inconvenience to their social hour. Overall, we liked the space in the rooms, the view, and the pools. I'd say this resort is...

「Please Stay away repeat STAY AWAY......... communication was awful they say call from room phone but no phone in room. Blood on sheets, roaches, homeless man. The WORST please ever. Not clean at all. 」

「Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount...

「The rep that checked us in was so personable. She gave us wonderful directions around the resort. Suggested onsite restaurants along with a wonderful off site place. We stayed an extra night because of the wonderful service and great food choices too!!」
