「Great experience. Great staff, very clean accommodations」

「Clean room, friendly staff. Not much for breakfast options. Was hoping for at least one gluten free option even If i had to buy it at the little market shop. But there were none. Comfortable beds and pillows. All in all, a great overnight stay at a good price.」

「I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.」

「Clean room, nice adjustable shower head, nice bath exhaust so not tons of steam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but very small space to maneuver. No residual smoke lingering in halls or rooms like some converted smoke free hotels. Enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable.」

「Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. 」

「Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky....

「Room was disgusting. Sheets were not clean. Bathroom was fully stocked with dirty towels with visible stains. The room was advertised as wheel chair accessible, however, it was not at all. The space between the bed and "entertainment" center was far too narrow to get a chair through. On top of that, though being advertised as wheel chair accommodations, the bath tub had a two foot tall lip. This room was not accommodating at all. Absolutely horrendous environment and room.」

「A wonderful stay in a quiet and beautiful location after the hubbub of Nashville. Dave was an impeccable host and would highly recommend staying at Butterfly Hollow.. just fantastic.」

「We stayed here overnight on a drive-thru to vacation. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was your basic Continental breakfast. The toilet seats was loose and the entire toilet seemed loose and not secure. The shower had a crack and it that looked like it had been repaired. The mattress and bedding was clean and comfortable. Overall you can tell it's an older property that is showing signs of wear and tear.」
