Found bed bug on the sheet of the bed. Didn’t stick around to find anymore. Checked out and requested refund, told they were only refunding one of my 3 nights stay. Guess their philosophy is “Bed bugs or not if you stayed you pay.” So much for making sure your guest’s have clean and habitable accommodations.

Front desk ladies were awesome!! Breakfast to-go was fine. The shower backed up and the bathroom door knob was about to fall off… that’s about our only complaint. It was comfortable and the staff was very welcoming

We were there three nights and there was no breakfast. There was coffee and orange juice and nothing else. The beds are hard, the bathroom door’s knob was coming off, and the sink faucet is too close to the lip of the sink to wash your hands comfortably. But the service staff were nice, the location is close to plenty of amenities, it was quiet enough, we felt safe, linens were clean, and the floors were not carpeted (yes, this is a pro for me).
