"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "Nice new hotel with spacious room and nice bathroom. It is a block from the train station and bus terminal so it is easy to explore the regions such as Zao Onsen and Yamadera. The hotel restaurant is one of the best serving famous local beef and hotel guests have a decent discount. Highly recommended for visiting Yamagata."
