「Spa pool And gym was very Very good 」

「My Room was clean. Shower in my room was clean. Staff customer service skills were Good. Location is only a 10 minute walk to the sea front. Loose wire in the corridor near my room. Paint peeling from the Skirting board in my room. Couldn't open the window in my room. Communication from the staff could have been better about me checking out 」

「We had a two-night stay in the beach house. While the room itself was acceptable, on closer inspection the bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. In general, the attention to cleanliness in the main areas of the hotel also seemed lacking. During our stay, we experienced a few maintenance issues. The hot tap in the outdoor bath leaked when in use, and in the room both the TV and lamps flickered intermittently. Although breakfast was included, I was disappointed to learn it was served...
