"Conrad We checked and in the hotel for day use although it was a full night reservation .we arrived a bit early around 12 and the receptionist were super kind and very nice during thecheck in time especially i explained that we need the room only until 5 pm since it was express umrah. Room was clean and very specious although no view but it was totally ok for us since its a day use. Location is superb and the hotel lobby and facilities were really good. "We had an amazing stay, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options. Highly recommend!"

"Turned out to be an excellent choice for a 5* near the haram. A lot of the service level was generally 5* standard. Dinner was very good (half board). House cleaning and room service were excellent. The dedicated lifts to the Haram make this a fairly fast choice for getting downstairs for prayer. Breakfast was just okay and there were not very many hotel facilities. Concierge was good."
