「Great facilities, great staff, great hotel 」

「The sauna suite was amazing, loved it. The sofa bed in our room hadn't been made up, but one quick call to reception and they sorted it out so quickly for ys. Lovely tranquil grounds」

「Wonderful Experience in Morgans. Got free upgraded to a larger room. The staff are all sincere and helpful. But the location is a bit remote from the train station if you are travelling with large luggage.」

「The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral. 」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food.」
