「staff was great」

「Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and...

「The staff, I'm referring to the front desk only; nice and professional, but the rooms were dirty and smelly, there was trash all over the hallways, and the breakfast was terrible—nothing but milk and cereal. I won't be going back to that place.」
