"Room did not seem as clean as it could be, lots of dust, odd smells. Staff seemed overwhelmed while checking in, and I was the only one checking in at that time. Ocean view/balcony and beach access was the best part of the stay. Would stay here again but would appreciate a deeper clean."

"This was a lovely room. Comfortable bed, wonderful jetted tub, and an amazing view. Had a nice parking garage. Although it had a balcony, it felt a little unstable and was sloping so I didn't feel comfortable going out there. Overall nice place to stay. "

"Apparently if you want the best rooms the resort has to offer, you need to book directly with the resort. I inadvertently booked through an Expedia sponsored site months in advance and was put into a pet friendly building when I didn't book for a pet friendly room. The room was pretty worn with old blood stains in the bathroom that I finally asked the housekeeping staff to clean on our 3rd day. Our accommodations were disappointing. Otherwise the resort was nice, gardens are lovely, nice location."
