「The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Fabiana was really helpful and really helped with even getting me to the airport. I am a wheelchair user and found the room spacious and perfect . The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location.」

「Great location, easy walk to the sanctuary. Great view from our room’s balcony, Pyrenees mountain at far, river right below, very relaxing. Staffs are nice. Clean lobby, room, and beds. Thank you for the great staying experience!」

「The staff werent helpful at all. They are bad in hospitality and in communication. Paola is the only one who tried to help us and make our stay better. Helped us get transportation during check out while others shut us out」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC worked great during the hot days. Wished the bedroom floor could be more clean. I would stay here again.」

「Dirty room with hair on the bed at the first time we enter the room. The breakfast is very simple with mostly bread. The location is extremely far away with no transportation to reach there.」

「The room size is less than expected.」

「good place, good price」

「We’re suppose to check in @ 2 pm but because we arrived early the staff who helped us let us checked in early, that was really amazing. We’re so grateful for that. The room was clean, the AC was quiete. We had a good slept. We didn’t have breakfast , we left early to go in Paris.」

「Room was clean but too small. We have 1 paper cup each of us for the bathroom. No other paper cups nor glasses. Towels are very thin, size of towels okay. No place to put luggages. 4 pieces of hangers. The 4 star should be changed.」
