「Staff are very friendly and breakfast was great! The room we were in was fairly clean, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly and kept sliding off. There was dust bunnies under the radiator and we were only given two tissues in the holder for our two night stay for a family of four (but 100% positive we would have been given more if requested as staff were lovely) The shower only had two temperatures scolding hot or cold was difficult to find a decent temp. Overall the room itself is not 5 star...

「Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly.
