"We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Allegiant Stadium. This will be the only reason we would go back here. Almost every staff member that we encountered was rude/no help. In fact, my daughter (18 years old) went to ask a question regarding check out and the employee put her hand up in my daughters face and told her that she's busy. We attempted to use the pool, it was so busy there were no chairs available, it was a Saturday so I get it but I was there for 2 years and was never asked for my order so I was unable to get a drink. It took about an hour to get food when we went to the little restaurant by the pool and that staff was also rude. We went to a different hotel to have brunch and Mon Ami Gabi on Sunday and everyone there was so friendly. As simple as me asking where I could locate the restaurant twice and both staff members were more than happy to explain to me how to get there. "

"The pool was nice but nothing special. The fact that nacho chips with guacamole and one drink cost us almost $50- is absolutely ridiculous! The housekeeper walked into our room without knocking or announcing- I literally was naked 30 seconds before it happened! We ate at the Vida and again mediocre food with a ridiculous price. That breakfast was almost $100-for 2 people and it wasn’t very good!! The waitress seemed annoyed to be a waitress but was friendly to us. The bed was comfortable abd the decor is nice. I find it upsetting to see fresh roses as a huge entrance display when basic things cost so much already. I only stay at nicer locations but expect that cost to be reflected I. What I get not wasted on things like thousands of fresh roses or no refills on things. Claiming to be environment conscious but no refills and using plastic bottles poolside that are made for reuse but without a refill option is not environmentally conscious- more examples but just providing one. "

"The room was dirty, the sheets had holes in them even after us requesting new sheets the new ones also had holes in them. The chairs were stained because they’re all white. The hotel is all white and so we felt like cleanliness wasn’t really appearance in this hotel at least for the price and it seems like such a nice hotel definitely was like way below the bar of what I expected however, the room was still very nice and they let us extend our stay for just a few bucks more each night so I thought that was wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly except for the guys by the pool they we’re not helpful at all and kind of seemed like they hated their jobs… Except for one guy he was really nice! And all the lifeguards and towel staff are so nice but the guys at the bar seemed kinda over it… Lol overall I had a really nice time though it’s near all the fun stuff this hotel, and so there was so much to do nearby so overall i had a great time. Thank you so much!"
