「This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked...

「If you do not book through Riu, you have to get your own shuttle. you can do this through Expedia, but after you book it you will want to call the shuttle company and get very clear meet up instructions. the airport is full of people who tell you they are with your shuttle just to try to sell you something.」
