「When Checked in, collect certain amount of Euro cash(can't disclosed in here), saying it's city tax. Requested for receipt, said will email me..Now after one week nothing received. Through the booking operator to ask, also no answer. I suspect this is a scam.」

「We arrived at 3:00 pm and the room was not ready until 6:00 pm. due to the fact that they don't have enough staff the cleaning of the room was usually done between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm which made it very inconvenient since we came back from the beach and would have liked to shower during this time. Staff at check in was very impolite.」

「The apartment is very beautiful, but cleanliness is one of the most important things for guests; we found the apartment with a strong, unpleasant smell, and even the spoons were dirty with food residue—the glasses and cups had dirt marks, and everything was very poorly cleaned. The sofa bed was broken, so we couldn't sleep on it and three of us had to sleep in the other bed; we complained, but nothing was done. The location is good and the apartment is nice, and the reception was good too;...

「這是一個離車站最遠的海岸線辺上的酒店，如果不怕吵可以訂，因為我們住在馬路邊車聲很吵，隔音窗效果不好，另外行裡太多的也不能訂，因為沒有電梯只能爬樓梯，房間雖然整潔但真的很小，厠所只能站一個人，還好我們只住一晚！」

「I book this hotel because of the pool . It's good to swim in the winter in a in-house pool . And price is good for winter . When I closed the window there is a strange sound because the wind fm the sea . So must need to open a little bit window . It's fine for me . Just one thing I don't like is the washroom , it is separate with bathroom and not washing facilities. 」

「Great staff, nice restaurant. Lovely setting. Unfortunately no spa, pool or gym when we stayed as these were not finished. The rooms are nicely furnished and quiet! The beds are good quality, and the shower was excellent.」
